I thought I would make a little spelt bread toast with vegan "butter" and vegan "cream cheese" and even some apricot jelly, that the label calls "jam". I think goopy toast is just delightful. A lot of preparation goes in to making toast with all those fixins.
I have very little counter space. And some times I let dish water sit, to add to it in a day.
A wee bite of my toast made it's way in to my dish water. Needless to say, I was disappointed. But then, I remembered...the three second rule!
